A former senior GRC and FCC practitioner and active contributor to professional development in this field, over the past two decades Sharon has trained, assessed and supported thousands of regulatory compliance professionals. Active in professional education, intially in her operational roles with the International Compliance Association and subsequently as its Chief Examiner (GRC), Sharon has developed, taught on and written for a range of GRC programmes to Masters level, in addition to contributing to a number of industry initiatives. Passionate about developing GRC professionals, as Module Director for the Financial Services Compliance elective of the Chartered Banker MBA and Editor of the Journal of Business Compliance, her work in this area has continued through research and development projects alongside ongoing teaching and assessment, including, more recently, work with Apprenticeships.
David is a consultant, author and thought leader, providing insight to business systems, on GRC and FCC matters, on quality, working on diverse standards, conducting exercises in assessment of recognition and accreditation requirements. David is a consultant, author and thought leader, providing insight to business systems, on GRC and FCC matters, on quality, working on diverse standards, conducting exercises in assessment of recognition and accreditation requirements. Currently working as a trustee, non-executive director, and as external examiner for a variety of compliance-related qualifications, David has also produced over twenty manuals for postgraduate GRC and FCC programmes, and is supporting organisations through recognition and certification processes, as well as developing an implementation programme for a new peer-reviewed quality Standard that he authored Sectoral interests are broad ranging from financial services, to education, and the public sector. This includes the diverse range of compliance roles and activities in financial services, local authority compliance roles including fraud investigators, public sector roles such as APHA officer.

Simon also acts an External Examiner, Assessor and Masterclass tutor for a number of internationally recognised professional postgraduate diplomas as well as designing and delivering external and in-house business briefings for third party clients.
In addition to his experience in the financial services sector, his experience encompasses a number of other industry sectors including publishing, IT, retail and manufacturing.
